Anssi says:
I went skating on Lake Päijänne with my friends here in Jyväskylä, Finland. On a sunny winter’s day, I saw this triangle shape in ice near an island shore and remembered that it was the symbol of water. I had a hard time capturing it because of the bright sun and reflections. Since I only had a 35mm prime lens on my camera, I had to do some acrobatics with my skates on to get the picture but finally, I got it.

Anssi Ruuska is a visual artist and a friend of nature. He has been working as an artist since 2018 and photography is his medium of choice. In his art, he studies environmental issues. His first solo exhibition was in 2018 and he has participated in many group exhibitions since 2017, Kenen Luonto? and Lutakko 2020 (artist, producer) in The Museum of Central Finland to name a few.
